Adventure Fishing Charters offers you a personalised adventure, compared to most charter operators that just pack 'em in for a quick buck. We are different from most other fishing charters, as we focus on the type of fishing you want to do, not just visiting the same old fishing spots for the same old fish.

OUR AIM
Our trips offer fishing tips to help people understand what to do and what to use when fishing for particular species. We help educate people on different techniques that help you catch more fish, so this makes it an ideal adventure for father and son trips. It’s our aim to help you become a better fisherman, by teaching you some of our secrets to catching larger, better quality fish.

AVAILABLE CHARTERS
You can select from the following options*:

  1. Half Day Charter: Morning or afternoon trips fishing the close reefs out from Mooloolaba. Half day charters are based on a five hour round trip from departure to return back to port.

  2. Full Day Charter: Available for where ever you'd like to go - Barwon Banks or further afield, the choice is yours! You can chase bottom dwelling species such as Snapper, Pearl Perch, etc, or try trolling for pelagic's such as Spanish Mackerel, Wahoo, Tuna or Mahi Mahi. Full day charters are based on a 10 hour round trip from departure to return back to port.

  3. Night Time Charter: Why not try something different? Night fishing charters are a great alternative to half day charters and we specifically target bottom reef dwellers. Night time charters are based on a five hour round trip from departure to return back to port.

GROUP SIZES
We cater for the following size groups: groups of 4 people, groups of 12 people, groups of 16 people, and groups of 22 people.

We do have access to a larger boat that will carry up to 22 people. We offer a personalised adventure and will have pleasure in organising a charter that caters to your needs.

INCLUSIONS
All fishing gear is provided, including bait, sandwiches and soft drinks. You are welcome to bring along your own gear if you'd prefer, just let us know prior to the charter. We aim for you to bring home a decent feed of fish for the entire family.

PRICING
Boat 1: Half Day Charter on C2
A 1/2 day 5 hour charter for 4 people gets you the whole boat. Chelsea 2 is our smallest boat costing $165.00 + GST per person based on a group of 4 people. (Min. rate per charter group is $660 + GST for a Half Day Charter).

Boat 2: Half Day Charter on C3
A 1/2 day 5 hour charter for 12 people gets you the whole boat. C3 is a larger boat, costing $140.00 + GST per person, based on a group of 8 people. (Min. rate per charter group is $1680 + GST for a Half Day Charter).

Boat 1: Full Day Charter on C2
A full day will cost $315.00 + GST per person, based on a group of 4 people. ($1260 + GST for a Full Day Charter for a group of 4 people).

Boat 2: Full Day Charter on C3
A full day will cost $190.00 + GST per person, based on a group of 12 people. ($2280 + GST for a Full Day Charter for a group of 12 people).

To confirm your booking we require a 50% deposit with the balance of payment due the day prior to departure. We will email you an invoice. On receipt of our invoice, your deposit will be required. Our invoice outlines all the inclusions, departure time and location of departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If a Gift Voucher is not redeemed by the set expiry date then no refund will be given. In the event that bad weather forces a charter to be cancelled (prior to departure only), the deposit will be refunded less an administrative fee of $60.00 + GST or alternatively be used to secure a future booking with Adventure Fishing Charters. In the event that a charter is cancelled at the request of the customer less than 10 days prior to the charter date, the deposit will not be refunded unless the boat is re-booked by another person/s.
